With over 30 years of experience in the financial services and software industries, Terri brings a fresh perspective to her role as Practice Business Manager at Raymond James. She excels in client education through social media, webinars, and in-person classes, empowering clients to make informed financial decisions and navigate the technology offered by Raymond James. Terri is the creator of the Global Wealth Solutions Group's financial literacy program, "Money Smarts," which provides seminars, webinars, and intern programs to teach clients' heirs to be responsible stewards of their wealth.

Terri also partners with organizations to assist with longevity planning, emphasizing the importance of having a comprehensive plan for finances, health, and legacy. She helps clients navigate critical aspects such as insurance, long-term care, health insurance options, Medicare, and Social Security.

As a registered associate, Terri supports planning, strategy, and stewardship responsibilities for institutions, including nonprofits, endowments, and foundations. Her dedication and compassion, combined with her relationship-building skills, ensure responsive service to all clients.

Terri joined Raymond James in 2015, embracing its Service 1st philosophy. Her career at Morgan Stanley included roles as a registered service associate, technology education trainer, technical writer, and group director. She holds several certifications, including Registered Corporate Coach™, Series 7, 63, and 66 securities licenses, life, annuity, and health insurance licenses, and is a certified notary public in California.

In her free time, Terri volunteers for various charities and youth programs. She sits on the Raymond James Longevity Advisory Board, helping clients navigate healthcare, caregiving, housing, and legacy planning. In addition is a board member for the Raymond James Diversity & Inclusion Committee and the Encore Inclusion Network, where she has served as a panelist 3 part event series; Thriving in a Multigenerational Workplace sharing experiences growing up in different generations and how it has influenced her worldview and shaped who she is today.

Originally from Minnesota, Terri now resides between Napa and Beverly Hills, California, with her husband, Ted. They have three adult children—Ryan, Joe, and Dani—and are proud grandparents to five grandchildren: Nora, Lainey, Kinsley, Easton, and Caysen.
